Pith Helmet?May 06, 2007
The product I ordered didn't resemble the product I received except that both were white. All I got was a painted white straw hat - not a pith helmet. I called the company and they wanted a 15% restocking fee for me to return it and to pay postage on sending it back, plus the restocking fee, I would have gotten about what it took to send it back in a refund so I figured I was sending good money after bad.
I will NEVER, EVER purchase anything from this company again and so far as I am concerned, it shouldn't even get a 1-star rating.
